Once we have decided on a date, I will be sending you over a questionnaire to help me get to know you a little better. This will also give me some insight into planning the perfect portrait session for you.

After the paperwork has been completed, its time for the fun part! We will discuss location options and I will also send you my online styling tool to help you plan out what to wear. I have taken all the guess work out to make planning the details fun and easy!

The day before your session, I will send you a confirmation email along with exact meetup instructions and directions to the location. All you need to do is show up ready to love on your family and have fun! Do not practice saying cheese! I will do the work to get those natural smiles.

You will get a private proofing gallery no more than two weeks from your session date to view all the beautiful moments from your session. Your final invoice will be due at that time in order to receive your images.

Jamie Rubeis Photography offers simple, all inclusive digital packages that allow you to take home all of your favorite images from your session.
A $100 retainer is due at the time of booking to reserve your day time and is applied toward your total collection fee. The session retainer is non-refundable but is transferrable in the event a reschedule is requested. The remaining balance of your session is due upon the delivery of your final proofing gallery.
All sales are subject to 6.25% State Sales Tax.
Travel Fees may apply for locations further than 40 miles outside of Tyler.

We absolutely loved our first photoshoot experience. Jamie is so easy to communicate with and made the whole process, from inquiry to final settlements, really easy. On the day of the shoot, she made us feel comfortable and directed us very patiently, even when we had our dogs in the session. The photos were absolutely beautiful! It was everything I had hoped for and more. I highly recommend her and I'm already looking forward to another session with our little one in the future.

After booking, retainers are non-refundable, as I am holding the date for you and turning away other clients. If you need to reschedule, you must notify me at least 24 hours in advance, unless you are sick.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?

Your retainer is due before the date can be reserved. The remainder of your balance will be due within two weeks after receiving your proofing gallery back from me. Photos cannot be delivered until full payment has been received. Invoices will be sent via email and can be paid online.

I use an online styling tool called Style and Select to style all my clients. This tool helps you find and coordinate outfits for you and your family that are specific to portrait sessions so you are guaranteed to have the perfect wardrobe for your session.

What Should I wear?

Golden hour is the most beautiful light of the day and the time when all my outdoor sessions are scheduled (about 1 hour prior to sunset). I do not book any outdoor sessions mid day, but I can book a sunrise session if that works better with your schedule. In-home sessions are usually scheduled in the morning before nap-time for little ones.
